Robert “Bob” Carlson served for 23 years as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. After retiring from active duty in 2018, Bob served as a Department of Defense contractor at the Pentagon. In this role, he was trusted with managing U.S. government equities and advising the most senior Air Force executives on multi-billion-dollar Foreign Military Sales (FMS) of advanced aircraft, technology, logistical support, and training sold to a key partner nation of the United States.

Bob is now dedicating his energy, passion, leadership, and management expertise to investing in Class B & C multifamily properties in the Tampa MSA and other Central Florida markets. He has partnered with successful, like-minded real estate investors to acquire these properties, and help apartment owners sell.
